The artist draws inspiration from the narrative structure of the Quest. Paintings of found and repurposed objects such as souvenir fridge magnets or paintings of screen grabbed moments from Kubrick’s ‘2001: A Space Odyssey’, combine to create an archive of mementos and token achievements. Paintings of the artists’ flat and objects built within, made and designed by himself in Athens both document and act as documentation of a more recent journey.
